  Expertise that Delivers...

Craters & Freighters TrucksProducts are subject to many hazards during transportation. The major cause of damage is shock and vibration, followed by rough handling, compression, puncture and abrasion. Your valuable product/s will be handled many times by hand and/or mechanical means between the time they leave your door and arrive at destination. And they will travel with a myriad of other products (FAK) when transported by LTL, LCL or Air Freight. Common Carriers prefer to move industry standard wooden crates with proper cushioning; both designed and built to withstand the rigors of transportation.

Craters & Freighters main objective is for your product to arrive safe, damage free, and on time, and we apply our expertise in the industry to each and every shipment. Our team of experts studies your product, mode of transport, handling, shock and vibration, and origin and destination requirements before we begin the design and build process. We also assess your current packaging, claims and transportation costs. We then offer recommendations for improved packaging and cushioning in order to reduce your claims, and transportation costs associated with weight and dimensional weight.
